This notice explains how information is handled when you read our guides, search schools, compare institutions, use the readiness checklist, or contact MOSHKOM by email. You can use these resources and request a consultation without creating an account.

Your searches and checklist
The readiness questionnaire and homepage comparison run in your browser. The application does not submit these answers or selections to MOSHKOM or save them in browser storage. They reset when the page reloads.
School-directory filters are placed in the page URL so a search can be revisited or shared. These URLs can appear in browser history and hosting request logs. Search only for schools, subjects, and locations; do not enter personal or sensitive information.
Technical request information
Loading the website sends ordinary request information, such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time, to the server delivering it. The hosting provider may process this information to deliver the site, protect its infrastructure, and diagnose failures. Technical request records are separate from your checklist answers. When you email MOSHKOM
If you choose to email an address on this site, your email provider and MOSHKOM’s Namecheap email service handle the message, your contact details, and anything you include. Send only the information needed for your question. Do not send passport scans, bank statements, medical information, passwords, or application documents unless an appropriate secure process has been agreed.
Cookies and external sites
The application does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising scripts, or load third-party fonts. It does not sell information through an advertising integration. See the cookies and local storage notice.
University, government, and other source websites have their own privacy practices. A link does not transfer your checklist answers, but visiting that site sends a request to its operator.
Retention and international processing
The application keeps readiness answers and comparison selections only in the current page’s memory. Browser history, hosting logs, and email messages have separate retention behavior. Information you send by email may be kept while your inquiry is handled and where needed for follow-up or applicable record-keeping obligations. Request information about a particular message or ask for deletion by contacting privacy@moshkom.com.

Privacy questions and requests

Younger visitors
Public resources can be read without a profile. Younger visitors should involve a parent or guardian before sharing personal information or arranging advisory services. This website does not provide an account or document-upload process for children.
